This is a common caster stem for computer chair wheels. I don't know if it can take a person's weight or not. I found some old computer chair wheels at work but the metal stems wouldn't come out. This stem is intended for this project: https://www.printables.com/model/1253500-5-gallon-bucket-caster-wheel-base
