This is a minimal credit card sized cutter with a safety razor blade inside it. It's only 2,5mm thick, so it should fit into your wallet. You can use it also as emergency seat belt cutter in your car.
Works great for cutting wrapping paper too.

WARNING: This is NOT a toy! Razor blades are extremely sharp! Handle responsibly!
