CD Wind Spinner

I redid this and added some spots to hold bearings so it spins better.

I also added a nail hole to keep the rod from spinning.

I recommend doing the bearing from PETG, but the rest is PLA.

I use a little glued on the tail piece and some glued can be used to hold the CDs in if needed.

I used 3/8 dowel for the spinner and 7/8 for the post. These are pretty readily available in US hardware stores.
