Ceiling Fan Controller/Remote Wall Mount (Hampton Bay)

Either the installer lost it, or it was never included, but I had a ceiling fan that came with a remote and there was no "holder" to mount it on the wall (other rooms have one near the light switch for the fans in those rooms).

I finally decided to fix that missing part and used other ones for design ideas/inspiration.

I don't know if this will be useful to others as I don't know how much variability there is in ceiling fan remote controls, even within brands.

The fan in question was a Hampton Bay brand that came from Lowe's.
