Ceiling fan controller wall mount

I had removed an old house humidifier dial which left a slightly large blemish on the wall. So I created a wall mount for the ceiling fan controller to cover the blemish (and get the controller out of puppy view). The mount could be much smaller but is sized to my blemish, and the screw holes were spaced to reuse the existing holes in the wall. The controller has a slight jiggle in the holder, but would not fall out if bumped.
