These are ceiling fan remote holders that lockout the switch from being turned off, one is for left of the switch and one is for the right of the switch I also included one that does not lock switch and can be hung with a command strip. It should work on most newer brands it worked on both my Hampton Bay and Home Decor brand from Home Depot it will work on pretty much any that look like the remote in the pic even if buttons are different.
