Ceiling hook mounting plate

after mistreating my punching bag for a long time I noticed that the hook in the ceiling started to wobble.

Before the whole thing came down I designed this hook mount.
It is now anchored with five points instead of one.

In addition, it should no longer be able to wobble due to the spreading of the anchor points.

although I made it for my punching bag it should work for anything you want to hang from the ceiling.

make sure you drill the holes in the right place use 6 or 7mm plugs and and fill them up with mounting kit or wall filler before tightening the screws. this shouldn't ever come off now.

Of course, make sure you print at 100% infill density.
