Celestron Hand Controller - Surface Mount

Had the need to mount the hand controller to the side of a pier support rather than a tripod leg so I remixed this to have a backplate that can be attached to a flat surface. Hole in the back can be used to route wires if necessary (if the pier allows ... IE is hollow), but is really there just to cut down on filament use and printing time.
