Centralizer MK2

Land Surveying - Setting Out - Dimensional Control - Machine Alignment

Precision DC / Setting Out on reasonably flat and level concrete or steel.

Here is my Centralizer MK2 in PLA, when fine tuned (not for precision but for rigidity) I'll print one in ABS

V shape is 0.2 mm. offline to get your pencil mark spot on in the centre when you use a 0.5mm. H2 pencil or steel scriber

Block is made to suit 5/8"-UNC prism connections, my TOPCON ATP-1 plus extended fitting: centre sits now a perfect 100 mm. off the ground.

Centre diameter is 6 mm.: suits Hilti nail head check when nailed in the concrete.

Groove on the bottom to suit Line setting out marking on a wall (when a wall sits perp. to the line that is ofcourse)

Level mounted on top of the prism.
