Chapman MFG case replacement latch

Replacement latch for the [Chapman MFG 5575C and 5580c screwdriver set cases, as included with their master sets](https://chapmanmfg.com/products/replacement-cases?variant=44145182572796).

First slot the cylindrical hing part into the lid of the case, then lever the protruding lip portion into the notch at the top of the lid. This requires quite a bit of force, but it is secure once in there.

I recommend using a reasonably strong plastic like PETG. I am not sure if PLA would be strong enough.
