This is a snap fit enclosure and other helpful files for the Cheap FOCer V2 VESC.
Everything prints without any supports.
I recommend to print at least the spacer and washers with PETG/ABS to avoid deformation due to heat. The outside case in PLA should be fine, but I have not done any longevity testing.
If you're brave/don't run high current/have a fan, PLA is maybe fine for all the parts.
If you're really stupidly brave, you can try skipping the drilling and tapping of the heat sink altogether and just squish fit the mosfets to the heatsink with this case. I have not tested this at all, but if you do run this setup, please post what plastic and how it holds up in the comments below.
*WARNING* The template will start to wear out after 1 or 2 uses and loose it's templacency.
The 2mm lid is the one i use, the 2.5mm one just seemed a little too big.
