Chip Suction for CNC 3018
After the implementation of the cyclone, which was published earlier, I had the opportunity to adapt all chip / dust-forming tools for interaction with this wonderful unit. The simplest upgrade was with a circular saw, it was enough to print and glue the fitting into it. The next step is a disc grinder with a disc diameter of 75 mm, also a sharpening machine, to whith the new motor, etc. And the cyclone also helps a lot from manual processing of parts.
Today I finished the adapter for CNC 3018 ... At first I was skeptical about my own idea, but I still wanted to check it out. I thought that the release of chips and dust would not be within the power of the cyclone, and even wanted to rearrange it to a more powerful power supply unit, and the motor with the driver allows you to do this, because now it works at 2/3 of its capabilities, but as it turned out - can reduce the speed of the cyclone, and it still copes. In addition, thanks to the classic design,
