Watertight container with a twist cap. You need a 13mm x 2mm O-ring between the cap and bottom to make it properly watertight/mostly airtight, although you can use it perfectly fine without an O-ring.

Fits fine if you use 8mm filters when rolling. The width inside is 11mm and length 90mm.

I suggest printing both pieces upright with the solid ends facing down, wont need any supports. Adding a few wall layers will ensure waterproofing. If you make sure the Z seam is in the same spot for both pieces, it will help aligning the cap while closing the case.
