What up, my knitters!
10mm x 125mm knitting needles with a hole at the rear for gluing in an appropriate length of 1.75mm PCTPE filament.
After printing, ream out the cross hole, then the rear hole with a #47 or 2mm bit. Chuck a needle up in a drill to sand (400 grit) it smooth. A dab of superglue will seat the PCTPE in the rear hole. Use PCTPE or Nylon since most other filaments become brittle as they absorb moisture from the air. The needles can be printed out of your favorite filament. Those pictured are Solutech PETG, which is buttery smooth after sanding to 400 grit.
