Circular Vent register

This is a custom-designed replacement vent cover I designed after the original one broke and I couldn't find a suitable replacement in time.I designed two options, one for 3-inch vent holes and another for 2-inch holes.While printing, my initial orientation caused the supports to be on the top part, and it had imperfections, as seen in the images, and required sanding.To improve the design, I flipped the orientation of the model in the versions uploaded. This adjustment moves any support-related imperfections to the underside, preserving a clean, smooth finish on the visible top surface and minimizing post-processing effort.
