Clearview window latch

Replacement Clearview window latch from a late-70's/early-80's sliding aluminium window. I fashioned a spring out of a clothes peg. The slot for the spring was pretty tight and I had to widen it to fit the spring, but I've modified the STL to have a wider slot now so it should work better.
