Clip Tip

Thingiverse has several different designs for print in place spring clips/chip clips. I've found the issue with them to be that there isn't any preload like purchased clips have and also they don't grip thin slippery chip bags very well. It is physically impossible to do a single part print in place clip with any preload.

The spring clip popular this month has the same inherent problems as the others, I was a bit disappointed with what I wanted to do with it. I solved it by adding a slip on "clip tip" which gives it preload on it's bite and has much higher PSI gripping force for slippery chip bags and it works quite well so I decided to share it.
