think it might have been the first functional thing I ever designed because my wife said 3D printers were only good for printing figures and such. :D Anyway, I've been using a couple of these for years without any issue and mine were printed in PLA. I'm sure other filaments can make it even stronger.The design has a flat surface on two sides to facilitate printing, so you can flip them over if you need to. You'll need to enable supports on the print-plate for anything over 60-70% and set walls and infill to your preference.Post-print: I would suggest gluing the pieces together with a little CA glue.FYI, it's designed to be able to print at once on a 235x235 bed.Print SettingsSupports:Yes
