CNC Table Clamp

Overview - CNC MACHINE clamping jig - this system requires no handle. Handles take up valuable table space. This rotating cam sits flush with your material(s) so the router can pass over easily. additional Stop Blocks allow your material to be secured even tighter.

Purpose - This clamp is designed to hold material to a cnc table. It requires that the table have dog holes 20mm in dia. note: I drilled 19mm holes in my spoil board to accomodate the clamp. I had to sand the hole a little to allow the plug to fit but it sure is a tight fit.. 20mm might be a better option.

How to use the device - Use a 10mm alan key wrench to rotate the cam plug into position. You can use the cam plug alone or in conjunction with the additonal block for more leverage.


Additional NOTES:
1. I reccomend drilling a test hole first in a scrape piece of material to test for optimal fit.
