Colonel Wasp Shell

Just a replacement shell for the wasp, with fairly exacting standards for the modeled dimensions. The other shell I had wouldn't cycle, as they were too long to fit properly, but this does.
Probably this already exists, but I figured making my own wouldn't hurt, and sharing it also wouldn't

V4 has a slightly smaller rim, and a couple other adjustments to hopefully aid in feeding and clean printing.
