I just want to redesign the classical combination lock with dial and lock mechanism on one axis.
This is a 4 digit combination lock.
Print tolerances are minimum. It might take some rework or working to make it work smooth. The brackets for holding the toothbars should be glued.
Be careful by pressing “index” and “brake” to the “carrier”. Insert “main_axis” int “carrier”. Otherwise it might break.
Some parts needs support. Support needs to be removed very thoroughly.
General open procedure:
at least 4 total right turn up to the first number
three times left turn to the second number
two times right turn to the third number
left turn to the fourth number
