Combination safe

This is another remix of combination safe made by Chu Tek (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1939676). I also use TOROID_designs (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3358352) parts in my remix. The main change is in parts IK and 1-KC-xx which in combination with the new NL, ensure a more accurate selection of desired number.

Most original elements are redesigned, so here are all elements needed.
