Command Spike

**Not a substitute for "guy" wires.

The Command Spike serves as an accessory to fiberglass, telescoping masts like the popular DX Commander by preventing lateral movement at the base (bottom section) of the telescoping mast.

The Command Spike features a 50mm-long shoulder that fits into the inside diameter of the mast bottom section and an integral flange/seat, allowing the factory threaded collar to secure the Command Spike to the mast bottom section. Works with radial plates measuring approximately 2.8mm in thickness.

The Spike is about 150mm long. Recommend "piloting" a hole into dry, packed soil.

Please note: This is a prototype that has not been tested in the field. The end user is responsible for his/her own safety, the safety of those around them, and the integrity of their antenna mast when using the Command Spike with a fiberglass antenna mast. The Command Spike is not a substitute for guy wires.
