Compass Bracket Mount Pad

Since the original part accidentally broke on our boat, I gave it a try and designed a replacement compass mounting pad in Autodesk Fusion 360.

The mounting plate is for a [Plastimo Offshore 105](http://www.plastimo.com/en/compasses-electronics-navigation/compasses/compas-offshore-328.html) compass, the original bracket replacement is Plastimo's partnumber 17268.

I successfully printed one instance of it on an Ultimaker 2 in the [Paja maker space in Espoo city's library in Iso Omena](https://www.3dhubs.com/helsinki/hubs/kirjasto-omena). This copy is installed and working fine.
