This is a semi-scale model of a Congreve rocket, designed to fly on 24mm rocket motors.
Additional required materials:
* 4 feet of 300# kevlar thread
* 18 inch parachute
* Wood dowel, 1/2" diameter x 54" length
* CA glue
* Aluminum tape (possibly optional)
