Conveyor Setup

Conveyor setup using 1/2" pitch flat bed chain ( KVP TYPE ) this chain type will run on this set up , Used a lot in the bakery industry but has been used in other industrial area's , The crumb catch tray can be slid back for access it also places all the crumbs into one area . The contact surfaces between chain and stainless plate polishes up due to friction and produces little to no wear on the under side of chain as with the transfer plate it also becomes polished and transfers bread batches ( normally 28 loafs approx 14 ft needed ) perfect ,The height between the two conveyors can be adjusted to obtain the correct position the runs of conveyors can be as long as you need ?
