I make me a small ring print cooler for my CL260, i was so tired that the original coolers me always cool down my nozzle... So far i see, is the cooler pretty effective with one 40mm fan.
The cooler has to mount on each side 3 holes for the screws... the lower holes for the normal hotend and the other for the volcano hotend. In my case is the fanring just an (1) mm over the surface...
The holes to mount the fan should be drilled...
and sorry, my drawing is not really beautiful but working.
***Edit***
I just improve my cooler, now i have added mounting holes for an better adjustment of the high, two big mounting holes for some strapes, because my clipon heatbreak cooler was sliding a bit down, now you fix it on the printhead. And i add an mounting hole for an 5mm led which lights the nozzle (just a gimick)
