This is a leg riser for the CoolerMaster Masterbox Q300L case. You will need 4 of these to fully raise the case off the floor. This was created to prevent the case from sitting on carpet, as the PSU intake is on the bottom.

I was able to print this on an Ender 3 V2. PLA with 10% infill.
