Corkscrew

A model I made of a cheap corkscrew. My main motivation for making the model was to practice surface modeling on the interested bits (the top section and the end of the two arms). I also used the rack and pinion mate for the first time, which was kind of fun. Two of the images above show a 3D printed (stratasys SST 1200es) version next to the original bottle opener.
