Correction Roller

A remodelling of a well known »Correction Roller« called "MiniPocketMouse". The brand logo and the face of the mouse are not modeled. The correction tape is modeled as a "dummy" at the state of first beginning of a correction. (Supply wheel is full, Take-up wheel is empty) The friction clutch is realized by friction between the »Supply Wheel« and the »Take-Up Wheel« (similar to a pair of gears). I found this product by pure chance in a drawer, full with all kinds of bits and pieces. It is unused, round about 20 years old and disassembled right now. This type of correction rollers have been improved - again and again - regarding the friction clutch, until today. Such a product seems to be a trivial development, but to find a proper solution for the friction clutch is a real challenge up to now. The continuously changing transmission ratio is the problem, for building loops of the tape and/or -tearing off.
