Countersunk washer

A friend has a trend hinge jig with the frame fixing holes severely worn by the head from where it gets screwed on, A simple washer will prevent anymore damage to the aluminium.

Designed on Fusion 360, Its a 20mm counter sunk to receive a 4mm gauge wood screw.
