CR-10 y-axis cable chain

Update 2017-11-10: Use appropriate cable chain bracket, directly pinning the cables to the chain with the cable tie makes the assembly harder to move and the ties digs into the cable insulation. The bracket will allow for some movement within the chain makes the chain move smoothly.

The bed cables are oriented the opposite way for this mod, cable was replaced by 16 gauge silicone wire, like this :

Termistor cable was extended, y-base1 mounts on the bed plate and held down by the spring. Depending on what knob you use, you might notice some rubbing while adjusting your bed level.

BE CAREFUL not to short the wire terminals with your metal clips !
