CR10S Display Low Profile

I wanted to switch my display to be on the right side of the printer instead of the left. With it on the right side of the printer it would be connected to the same side of the printer as the board making wiring a little cleaner. I loved this design but it did have some internal geometry issue that i had to fix and a few other minor things, but i went ahead and included the repaired left models as well as the Right models.
