This includes Meats, Eggs, Gluten you name it.
My girlfriend is super gluten intolerant and we cant even mix knives and other dishes. So when we cook this helps avoid that behavior. Also, don't put raw meat into cooked meat. Its a lesson from freshman year cooking.
