Crystal dice, parameterized

I was curious about the geometry of "crystal" dice (cylinder-like dice), and figured out this simple design to generalize the dice for any size or number of sides (even numbers only). The triangle faces make them "catch" easier than a simple n-sided rod when rolled.

No numbers/pips, since printers generally do a bad job on them -- just mark them on with marker/paint.

The OpenSCAD script is fairly simple with clearly labeled parameters if you want to tweak things.
