A nice CTR cookie cutter. To cut out the cookies more easily, you can use the assembled cookie cutter to detach the sticky dough right after cutting. For assembling, you only need a spring that you can take from a ordinary ball point. The spring should be 30 mm / 1,18 in long and with a diameter of 4 mm / 0,15 in. If it is still too short, you can strech it by hand. Make sure that the dough is cold when pruning. If you use the ordinary cookie cutter, you can detach the dough simply by taping with a spoon on the backside.
