Cube Hook Hoop

I was trying to secure something in my cube with the ball stretch cords (https://www.harborfreight.com/4-piece-ball-stretch-cord-set-47302.html) and I found the hook didn't quite have enough of a hook to secure it under tension. I closed the hook.
