This thing is inspired from this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:999840. I had the same problem as i just bought a diamond hot end for my hephestos prusa I3.
He gave me the idea of recycling some stuffs i had at home:
* a curtain rail for the main support
* copper pipes for the axis
* PVC pipes for the rollers.
To give other the possibility to do the same with little work i designed it customizable with OpenSCAD. You may be able to customize it for stuffs you have already even if they are different than mine.
STL files are given as an example, I bet they won't fit your materials. You must customize it for this.
