Customizable OBD-II Reader Cap

I needed a cap for the OBD-II reader I picked up a while back from Amazon. I found at least three models that didn't fit in three different ways before figuring out that there doesn't seem to be a precise standard for the housing. This should save you the trouble of trying to find a perfect match by allowing you to just take a few measurements and print.
