Overview This is a simple but incredibly useful tool if you need to cleanly mark or cut a defined radius onto a right-angle corner. The uploaded .STL file is configured for a 25 mm/1" radius, which is exactly what I needed when I first designed it. Customization I have included editable parameters so you can easily customize the radius—and other dimensions—to fit your exact project needs. Easy Organization: The template features a built-in hole so you can hang it on a workshop hook, and the specific radius value is neatly embossed right onto the face for quick reference. A Quick Note on Units: If you are working in "Freedom Units," just remember there are exactly 25.4 mm to an inch. How to Use It Operation is perfectly straightforward: Saddle the template directly over the corner of the object you want to mark or cut.
