Customizable Rod Hook (Double Hook Version)

I really like [the handy hook by Klaus Moser (assin)](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6125424) because the closed end keeps the hook from falling off the rod. Plus, it's customizable, so I was able to easily create a variation with hook on both sides.

I also increased the default thickness from 6mm to 9mm to increase its strength.
