Customizable Small Bit Chuck

This is a simple small bit chuck to use with standard 1/4" drivers.

It's designed for low impact jobs like drilling plastic, and by design is [intended for the bit to stay in the collet for it's lifetime](https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/8giroz/need_14_hex_collet_design/).

NOTE: in theory this is customizable, but in practice I suspect the customizer might find my approach to making threads a little much.
