Cutler Hammer Generator Interlock

I had a generator hookup installed at my home but the electrician didn't have the interlock in stock to fit my circuit breaker - not sure if this would fit someone else or if it complies with local codes, but I decided to use this at least temporarily as a safety mechanism while I await the electrician to return and install a commercial one.
