A cyborg's head.
It should print without supports because of the angle of the chin. However, on closer inspection, the ears do need support and there are a couple of other areas that may need supports, so I include a screenshot of the initial attempt at that.
After a successful print, I think it would be safe to print without supports at a smaller size (you may lose the ear lobes but it would probably still be fine.
