D1M BLOCK - Install Jigs

These jigs are used for the fabrication of D1M BLOCKS: reusable, stack-able casings for the Wemos D1 Mini boards, shields and clones. They constrain alignment and spacing for optimal pin contact when stacking D1M BLOCKS.
