Simple D20 with .f3d file.
Base on the Risky Dice from HxH i've made (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4907713)
About 1h30 to print in standard quality (depends on your printer and your settings)
Text is 1mm deep, the .f3d file is available, to change the dice scale without using % in the slicer you can edit the first sketch and you'll see a value 15, it's the half the height of the dice, change it for what u want, 100mm to have a 200mnn heigh dice.
Choose you infill preference i usually print with 15% and it's all good.
