I decided I wanted to make a 3D printable shell replacement shell for the SF2000, not an exact copy of the SNES style, although my lack of design flair meant it turned out pretty bland but it does fit everything fairly well.
Essentially it takes everything from the original such as PCB, speaker, LCD, buttons, membranes, battery etc and you can put it into this replacement shell. I did also design some replacement buttons such as DPad, ABXY buttons and power switch just while I was there but this isnt required and the original buttons are probably better but the option is there.
The essentials to print are the top and bottom shell, battery box and both L and R buttons, the rest is optional. You can use the 4x original screws to hold the main board down but the original screws that held the two shells together are too short so you need 4x M2x8mm selftapping screws. You can use the original black screws for the battery box or 2x M2x6mm selftapping screws.
