Through the canopy above, a hideous, bloated face swings from tree to tree. Steel thy nerves, a [Decapus approaches!](https://5e.tools/bestiary/decapus-ttp.html)

This is a 28mm-scaled miniature suitable for use in tabletop games, such as Dungeons and Dragons or Pathfinder. Variants have been provided scaled to fit either a Large (50.4mm / 2 Inch) or Medium (25.4mm / 1 inch) base (not included).

I've sculpted this to be as FDM-friendly as possible, and though it will still need supports, you should hopefully not encounter a lot of failures. A hairy version has been included, but I would recommend using some flocking instead to get that classic hairy ten-limbed octopus ball monster look!

Which 3D printer is suitable for Decapus?

Any FDM printer should handle Decapus just fine. It's been printed on machines like Bambu Lab A1 Mini, Prusa Mini+, Creality Ender 3, most FDM printers. A minimum build volume of 50 mm is recommended.

Does Decapus need supports when printing?

Yes, Decapus will probably need supports for the overhangs. Tree supports work well here and are easier to remove than regular ones.
