Deck holder parametrized

Based on a neighbor design, but now parametrized through openSCAD. Can be used for any size of a card and any deck height. You can also play with the geometry a bit.

Corners are printed with 45 degrees, should be ok on most printers.
Mine printed it ok, but with some extra plastic on the connections, this should be regulated somehow.
