This Thing allows a keystone adapter to be installed in a Decora style wall plate. This is also a remix from Decora Keystone Wall Plate: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4806566
I modified the corner radii to match a standard Leviton switchplate and added a "TOP" label to the front side. I print them front side up with top layer ironing, and the end result is very good.
